Liz Lark-Riley is committed to compassionate leadership and making the world a better place through connected workplaces...and plants. She came to horticulture with 15 years' experience and multiple degrees in the performing arts and uses her theater background to bring creative problem-solving to the green industry. She spent nine years learning and growing with Rockledge Gardens in Rockledge, Florida. Now as Customer Experience Director for Mahoney's Garden Centers in the Greater Boston area she strives to delight customers each day and lead with candor and excellence, making way for every team member to bring their best selves to work.
